In the Romantik-Schlössl you can tailor your holiday to your personal

If you like to be challenged in sports, we recommend that you book training

achieve top form at the Schlössl-Hallenbad (indoor pool), or relax
your muscles in the warm water.
Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna is a traditional log cabin sauna. At temperatures between 80° and
90° Celsius and a low humidity, your sweat glands will get going in no time.
Your muscles will get relaxed, your circulation stimulated. Your immune system
gets fortified and will thus protect you from annoying colds and the much dreaded
flue viruses. Tyrolean Sauna
The Tyrolean log cabin sauna is the original version of the Finish sauna. While
you breathe in fresh mountain air saturated with ethereal oils and alpine herbs,
the relaxing atmosphere helps you to get rid of your daily stress in no time. Laconium
In the Laconium you will sweat at approx. 55° Celsius and a low humidity.
After only about 15 minutes, your body will start to detox, your circulation
gets stimulated, and your blood pressure gets back to normal. Body and soul feel
relaxed and cleansed at a deep level. Steam bath
At a cosy temperature between 35° and 55° Celsius and a humidity of almost
100%, your muscles will soften completely in the steam bath. This will have a
stimulating effect on your metabolism, and the pores of your skin will open.

in our Fürsten-WellNest. The steam bath goes especially easy on your heart
