From 2 p.m. rooms will be ready to move in. On the day of your departure,
we would ask you to quit your room by 11 a.m. Bookings confirmed in writing
are binding. If you arrive late or leave early, we would still have to
charge you the room for that day. We will not reimburse you for any meals
you missed. We hope you’ll understand that you can only book the
room category, but not certain rooms. Dogs can stay in your room (in their
basket or on their blanket); they must not be taken to the dining room
or into the wellness area.
Cancellation costs – excerpt from the Austrian hotel contract
regulations (ÖHVB):
If a guest cancels his booking up to 3 months before the agreed arrival
date, the contract may be cancelled without cancellation costs for either
party. If the booking is cancelled up to 1 month before the agreed arrival
date, 40% of the total price agreed upon must be paid. For the cancellation
of the booking up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date, we will charge
70% of the total agreed price, and during the last week before your arrival,
90% of the total price.
We accept payments with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Maestro
card with a PIN code.
Tourist tax is currently € 1.20 per person per day and must be
paid separately (from the age of 14).
This price list renders all previous price lists invalid. The legal venue
is Silz. An agreement/contract will be based on this price list. We assume
no liability for typos, errors or omissions.
